SCI buys used heavy equipment and assesses the repair needs on the wear and non-wear parts. The non-wear parts tend to consist of frame, body, and things made of steel, such as, backhoe, bucket, and attached tools. While wear-parts are hoses, filters, seals, brakes, fuel systems, electrical wires, seats, and tool teeth and edges needing repair or sharpening.

SCI refurbishes equipment by doing necessary repairs and replacing needed parts; cleans, preps, and paints the equipment. This very valuable service extends the life of heavy equipment, significantly reducing the need to purchase new equipment.
